BLOCKCHAIN PROTOCOL INCUBATION PLAYBOOK

LCG was hired by a leading player in the European blockchain space to develop an end-to-end playbook for launching multiple new protocols per month. The playbook laid out all necessary workflows, deliverables, targets, and approvals across Research, Product, Front-End and Back-End, Design, Marketing, Community Management, all the way through launch. The resulting playbook reduced the amount of time executives had to spend in review and approval meetings by approximately 70%.

COMBATING BRAZILIAN INVASIVE SPECIES STRATEGY

LCG supported a nonprofit led by some of the world's leading biodiversity researchers to prevent the spread of invasive plant species in Brazil's Atlantic Forest. Brazil is one of the most biodiverse countries in the world, and invasive species present a significant threat through biodiversity loss, ecosystem disruption, water scarcity, and economic losses for the nation. The work created a structured multi-year plan for building awareness of the problem, willingness to act, and capacity to execute among corporate partners, government agencies, and consumers.

LCG acted as a Project Manager for a Fortune 500 financial services company transitioning to digital and SaaS product offerings. The work included conducting a full diagnostic of necessary changes across product development, workflows, and reporting lines, resulting in a behavior change workshop and a refined product development roadmap to become a major SaaS player in the fintech space. LCG worked with a growing organization focused on empowering female microentrepreneurs in Brazil through training, network access, and business support. The organization was expanding their reach from artisans and hand-made goods to all types of microentrepreneurs. LCG worked with the organization for multiple months on designing their new strategic vision, integrating new digital tools for scale, and moving through a prestigious accelerator for social entrepreneurship.

LCG was hired by a food and agriculture nonprofit to design a new organizational strategy.
